Our Conference Delegate Packages are designed to suit any budget and style of programming and offer a more affordable option for booking a meeting a la carte. Event packages include the service of a dedicated Convention Services Manager and Catering Manager who will provide onsite technical support and work with you to customize your meeting. Your guests will be energized and motivated by lunch and break menus that alternate each day and include fresh dishes representative of the world's cuisines.

The Full Day Conference Delegate Package includes:
- Continental breakfast
- Continuous coffee, decaffeinated coffee and tea service in meeting room
- Daily lunch buffet
- 30-minute afternoon break with assorted soft drinks, bottled water, cookies and brownies
- LCD projector and screen
- Meeting room from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- $150 per person ++
The AM Half Day Conference Delegate Package includes:
- Continental breakfast
- Continuous coffee, decaffeinated coffee and tea service in meeting room
- LCD projector and screen
- Meeting room from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- $80 per person ++
The PM Half Day Conference Delegate Package includes:
- Daily lunch buffet
- 30-minute afternoon break with assorted soft drinks, bottled water, cookies and brownies
- LCD projector and screen
- Meeting room from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- $100 per person ++
*All packages are offered for 20 to 80 guests. There are no deviations from the package. All packages are fully taxable at 8.10 percent, and service charge is applied to the per person price. Any meeting for more than 40 guests will also include the ceiling sound system and a wireless microphone.
