As a member of the Meetings Concierge team for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, Luannie is responsible for insuring the needs of our on-site clients and their VIP guests are met by offering dedicated assistance during the operation of their program.

Experience

Luannie began her career in the summer of 2011 at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore as Meetings Concierge Representative. She had moved from California for the sole purpose of securing a successful career in the hospitality industry. Luannie began her hospitality career at The Platinum Hotel & Spa as a front desk representative. Within a year of employment at The Platinum she was asked to join the pre-opening team at the Ravella Hotel & Resort at Lake Las Vegas as a guest services agent.
