Meetings Concierge Manager

In his role of Meetings Concierge Manager of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, Jack is responsible for leading the Meetings Concierge team to insure that our on site clients and their VIP guests receive dedicated assistance during their program.

Experience

Jack began his career during the opening of Wynn Las Vegas as a Business Services Center Representative. In July 2004 he transitioned to the Meetings Concierge team and in 2006 assumed the role of Meetings Concierge Manager. During this time Jack was awarded as a recipient in the Wynn Resorts All-Star Program which recognizes the achievements of those in a managerial role, especially their dedication to customer service and leadership. Prior to Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Jack lived in Hawaii where he operated an independent small business distributing stationary products. In 1994 Jack moved to Las Vegas to operate a craft supply business and became the owner/operator of a convenience store.
