Meetings Concierge Representative

As a member of the Meetings Concierge team for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, Gianna is responsible for insuring the needs of our on-site clients and their VIP guests are met by offering dedicated assistance during the operation of their program.

Experience

Gianna began her career at Wynn Las Vegas in October 2008 as a Convention Services Coordinator. In one year of working in Convention Services Gianna was nominated to participate in the Wynn Resorts Star Employee of the Month program. This program highlights a select group of employees for their dedication to customer service. In September 2010 Gianna continued to build upon her Convention Services experience by transitioning to her current role as Meetings Concierge Representative. Prior to joining Wynn Las Vegas, Gianna worked at the Monte Carlo as a Hotel Operations Supervisor and Convention Sales Coordinator.
