In his role as Meetings Concierge Representative for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, Marco is responsible for insuring that our on-site clients and VIP guests receive dedicated assistance during their program.

Experience

Marco began his career at Wynn Las Vegas in December of 2010 in the Banquet Set-Up Department. Here Marco gained valuable exposure to the operations of the Wynn and Encore convention space which then led to an easy transition to the Meetings Concierge Department in May 2011. Prior to Wynn Las Vegas, Marco began his hospitality career as a Front Desk Manager with several hotels in Italy specializing in assisting their VIP guests. Marco also has expertise in the design, conceptualization and installation of artistic glass. Additionally he was a private interpreter for the Italian Trade Commission which took him to various cities such as New York, Los Angeles, and Rome.
