Frances Maxwell
Regional Director of Accounts - Midwest
Frances Maxwell is the Director of Regional Accounts for the Midwest for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. She works directly with the on-site team responsible for the solicitation of all convention/meeting/incentive business in the Midwest region.
Experience
Frances brings to us extensive experience in food and beverage operations, hotel and business development sales. Frances' career in the hospitality industry has spanned over 10 years, and she joins us from BI where she held the position of Business Development Director since 2007. From 1999 until 2007 she worked as a Corporate Sales Manager for the Pheasant Run Resort and Spa in St. Charles, Illinois as well as the Wyndham in Lisle, Illinois.
Associations
Frances is currently a member of MPI and has been on the board of directors of the Chicago chapter since 2007.
Education
Frances received her BA in psychology from Illinois State University.
Personal
Frances is married and has two wonderful little girls, ages three and one. When Frances is not enjoying time with friends and family, she is a member of the North Aurora Mothers Club and spends time giving back to the community.
