Conference Services Manager

In her role as Conference Services Manager for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, Melissa is responsible for managing groups primarily up to 200 rooms per night.

Experience

Melissa began her career at Wynn Las Vegas in December 2006 in the Spa and during that time held the title of Spa Group Coordinator. While as the Group Coordinator Melissa gained valuable exposure to the variety of groups handled in the Spa and this exposure prompted her transfer to Leisure Sales in May 2008. Melissa's primary focus in Leisure Sales was assisting with Familiarization Events for the Wynn Ambassador Program. Melissa has held a variety of administrative positions at Wynn Las Vegas in the Spa, Leisure Sales and Convention Services. Each Department has given her a great understanding of how the various departments work together and contribute to the success of the Resort. Melissa's most recent advancement prior to joining Convention Services in November 2009 was in October 2010 where she was promoted to her current position as Conference Services Manager. Prior to Wynn Las Vegas, Melissa began her hospitality career at the MGM Grand.
