In her role as Convention Services Manager for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, Bertha is responsible for managing groups primarily over 150 rooms per night.
Experience
Bertha joined Wynn Las Vegas in 2006 in the Hotel Sales Department. In 2008 she transitioned to Convention Services as a coordinator building upon her skills that she learned in Hotel Sales. In October 2009 Bertha was promoted to a Conference Services Manager and one year later she progressed into her current role as Convention Services Manager. Prior to her career at Wynn Las Vegas, Bertha was responsible for booking and coordinating group chartered services for Showtime Tours & Charters in Las Vegas.
Personal
Bertha is married with three children; so when not working she continues her busy schedule with her chauffeuring duties and school projects. In her spare time she enjoys running, reading, and spending quality time with her husband.
