Karlee Ross
Convention Services Manager
In her role as Convention Services Manager for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, Karlee is responsible for managing groups primarily over 150 rooms per night.
Experience
Karlee began her tenure at Wynn Las Vegas upon the Resort's spring 2005 opening, as a Spa Coordinator. She then transitioned to the front desk, assuming the role of Guest Service Representative in December 2005. Karlee was promoted to the position of Assistant Front Desk Manager in October 2007 and to her current position as Convention Services Manager in October 2008.
Education
Karlee graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration.
Personal
Karlee enjoys dining at new restaurants, traveling and most importantly spending time with her family and loved ones.
