Valene Valdez
Conference Services Manager
In her role as Conference Services Manager for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, Valene is responsible for managing groups primarily up to 200 rooms per night.
Experience
Valene started with Wynn Las Vegas in 2007 as a Business Services Representative. During this time she worked alongside our convention clients handling their on-site needs. In November 2009 Valene was welcomed into the Convention Services Department as a Convention Services Coordinator. During this time she was instrumental in laying the ground work in making our clients' events a success. In May 2011 Valene was promoted to her current position as a Conference Services Manager.
Education
Valene attended Assumption College in the Philippines where she pursued a degree in B.A. Communications focusing on Public Relations and Marketing.
Personal
Valene is passionate about photography, reading, traveling and cooking. She likes to explore and experience different locales and cultures. She most of all enjoys the company of her family, friends and her two loveable dogs Mele and Maddie.
