Executive Meetings Manager
Lisa Duarte is the Midwest Executive Meetings Manager for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. Lisa is responsible for the corporate, association and incentive markets in the U.S. handling groups from 10 to 40 rooms on peak.
Experience
Lisa began her career at Wynn Las Vegas in October 2007 in Room Reservations as a Convention Desk Coordinator where she gained valuable experience which prompted her passion for the hospitality industry. She has also held the positions of Wholesale Desk Coordinator, Convention Services Coordinator, and Hotel Sales Coordinator. Prior to joining Wynn Las Vegas, Lisa entered the hospitality industry with American Casino Entertainment Properties, LLC.
Education
Lisa is currently enrolled at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she is pursuing a degree in Meetings and Events Management.
Personal
Lisa is originally from Southern California and loves to travel whenever possible. She enjoys a variety of outdoor activities especially hiking, running, snowboarding and rock climbing. In 2010 Lisa completed the Las Vegas Rock n Roll half Marathon and hopes to one day complete a triathlon or even a full marathon. Lisa also has a passion for animals and on occasion has rescued strays and successfully found them loving homes. Lisa recently welcomed a baby kitten named Marley into her home.
