Chris M. Flatt

Executive Vice President of Hotel Sales and Marketing
Chris Flatt Chris Flatt is the Executive Vice President of Hotel Sales and Marketing for Wynn Las Vegas. In this role, she is responsible for the sales and marketing efforts for the meeting, convention and leisure business. Additionally, Chris oversees hotel marketing for the property.

Experience
From 1984 to early 1986, Chris worked for the Hilton Corporation in leisure sales. She joined Steve Wynn in March of 1986 at the Golden Nugget during the expansion and renovation of this downtown property. During her career with Mirage Resorts, Chris has held a number of positions in Sales. She opened The Mirage, assisted with opening Treasure Island and opened Bellagio in 1998 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Chris remained at Bellagio after the merger with MGM and re-joined the Wynn team in July of 2002.
Associations
Chris is a member of local volunteer organizations and has been named as one of the top 50 female executives in the travel business. She is also a member of various travel related organizations, such as Meeting Professionals International, Association of Travel Marketing Executives and Society of Incentive Travel Executives and has been a speaker and participant of many other industry related events. She is active with the LVCVA and their marketing efforts for Las Vegas.
Personal
Chris moved from Southern California with her family and has lived in Las Vegas her entire adult life. She went to elementary and high school in Henderson, Nevada and started her career in the hotel business just a few years after graduating. Playing golf, traveling and spending time with friends and family are a few things that Chris enjoys in her free time.
