Ana Madden
Regional Director of Accounts — Northeast
Ana Madden is the Regional Director of Accounts for the Northeast for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. She works directly with the on site team responsible for the solicitation of all corporate, association and incentive markets in the U.S Northeast Region.
Experience
Ana brings more than 15 years of management and executive experience in the hospitality industry to Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. She began her hotel career at the Westin Peachtree Plaza in downtown Atlanta working as a National Sales Manager responsible for the financial, insurance and sports markets. After a five year tenure with Starwood in Atlanta, she relocated to Connecticut and pursued her hotel career as a Director of Sales and Marketing with both Marriott and Starwood. In 2008, she joined the Gran Melia Resort in Puerto Rico which is part of Sol Melia Hotels and Resorts as their Director of Group Sales with the responsibility of leading a sales team of five as well as the management of key group accounts in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. While there she assisted the property in growing their global awareness for the Melia Brand.

Education
Ana grew up in South Florida and attended Florida International University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management.
Personal
Ana loves to spend time with her seven year old son and husband. Hobbies include yoga, kickboxing and hiking around Connecticut. She loves to cook and entertain — inviting friends over to sample new dishes and have fun.
